About the role
In our Collaboration-team we specifically work with optimizing the Microsoft 365-platform, so all our 12.000 users can collaborate in their everyday work, using both standardized and custom-developed features. We work on our Enterprise Solution, which means that we have great colleagues managing the first line of support, while we focus on creating the best package for Tryg as a whole.
The team consists of Architects, Business Analysts, a System Development Manager, and of course a Team Lead – all specialized and focused on Microsoft 365.
Other stakeholders are Microsoft and other external partners, and all our colleagues who use the communication platform. We dare to say that our stakeholder landscape is complex and extensive, which we really enjoy.
Our everyday work-life is varied, but we imagine your tasks will be:
Your expertise will help our customers harness the full potential of Microsoft 365 and optimize workflows, all while ensuring a focus on delivering a secure, stable, and well-documented collaboration platform based on Microsoft service standards.
About you
We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of implementing complex Microsoft 365 services and its individual applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power products and Outlook.
Business understanding and empathy is essential to bring development, operation, security and business closer together.
Because you will be working with a complex IT landscape, we feel that it is important that you possess a solid foundation of general technical knowledge, which helps you both understand, develop and implement not only Microsoft 365-applications, but also make them run smoothly within the landscape we operate in.

- Designing and implementing solutions based on the company´s overall needs and requirements
- Project-related activities with dependencies on Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Stakeholder Management both externally and internally on a technical level
