We are in search for a new colleague within our Transformation Office (TMO), to help maintain the transformation roadmap and be a crucial part of the team driving the Tryg Transformation. Would you like to be a part of the journey?
About us
As a part of the Tryg transformation journey we have established the TMO as the driving force for the entire transformation.
The TMO is responsible for the overall orchestration of the transformation, enabling the transformation tracks while tracking and controlling progress and resolving issues.
You will become part of Business IT & Digitalization (BID), which today consists of approximately 700 dedicated employees across the Nordics, who support the current development of Tryg Group.
The TMO consists today of 13 colleagues that work closely together, but where each individual have different main responsibilities. The team is primarily working with stakeholders across the whole Tryg organization, and internal alignment and collaboration is hence key for coherence and success.
About the role
The Transformation Office have the overall responsibility of driving the Transformation Tryg is undergoing, and hence we need to strengthen the TMO team.
You will be a part of a team responsible for both the transformation facilitation; the heartbeat, transformation governance, transformation coordination; cadence and setup related to overview, progress status, interdependencies, ect., and tracking and reporting. The TMO is also responsible for the overall transformation communication and group wide change management initiatives.
As a core member of the TMO team, you will be:
- Responsible for maintaining full roadmap and dependency overview, this in collaboration with all transformation stream leads
- Ensure alignment of transformation activities with business objectives and coordinate across streams
- Proactively identify and resolve issues incl. interdependencies, adding resources if needed etc. in collaboration with the transformation stream leads
- Commit and enable leader across the streams to deliver
- Support in maintaining overall transformation status together with other colleagues in the TMO
- Help prepare meeting material (eg. transformation Steerco)
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis
- Support capacity and capability planning incl. resource allocation
About you
We imagine that you have several years of work experience in a similar position.
More specifically we see it especially important that you have:
- Project management expertise
- Experience in dependency and complexity management
- Experience in creating and maintaining roadmaps on different levels
- Ability to keep holistic view of transformation
- Efficiency in creation of materials and analysis
