Let’s talk about the role
Join our team as a ServiceNow Solution Architect and help us develop and deliver cut-ting-edge solutions to our stakeholders. As a member of our ServiceNow team in Digi-tal, Data & IT, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals who prioritize high value creation and innovation with the goal of enhancing patients' lives. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include: Defining development standards and guidelines. Ensuring that development is aligned with ServiceNow standards. Bridging line of business requirements to technical solutions in ServiceNow. Ensuring that solutions are coherent across the IT modules in ServiceNow (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and IRM). Assisting Product Owners in refining stories, ensuring clear guidance to devel-opers on how to configure solutions. Supervising internal and external developers. Keeping Product Owners updated on new ServiceNow capabilities that could benefit stakeholders. Actively contributing to the Novo Nordisk ServiceNow community.
Skills we are looking for
As an ideal candidate you have: Over 5 years of professional experience. Hands-on developer experience with ServiceNow. Proficiency in JavaScript, writing, review, and optimize code effectively. Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and ITIL, understanding their principles and practices, and how they can be applied. A strong background in understanding and working with IT processes. ServiceNow Architect certification or other ServiceNow certifications would be a plus. Insight into AI and LLM, demonstrating an interest in emerging technologies and their potential applications would be an advantage. Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, providing insight into services that can be utilized in ServiceNow would be an advantage. As a person, you are driven by technical curiosity, constantly staying ahead of the curve by exploring the latest advancements in ServiceNow and other cutting-edge systems and tools. Your leadership shines through your ability to guide and delegate work effectively, fostering collaboration among developers and team members. With a talent for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you ensure the delivery of solutions that are not only innovative but also perfectly aligned with organizational needs. Our overarching objectives include promoting IT landscape transparency, digitalizing IT processes, and creating user-friendly solutions.
