At Novo Nordisk, we are on a digital ride to lead the way in digital healthcare. As part of this ambitious journey, we are seeking talented individuals to join our established ProdOps team. As a Global IT/OT Supporter, you will be part of a global initiative, located in three global hubs (Denmark, China, and Brazil), providing 24/7/365 "Follow the Sun" global support for production critical systems at our Novo Nordisk production sites. Based in Ballerup, Denmark, you will provide support during normal Danish business hours. As a Global IT/OT Supporter, you will be responsible for providing system support to Novo Nordisk global production sites. Additionally, you will conduct problem management and facilitate knowledge transition between the Global deployment team, Central (ProdOps), and Local Support teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Act as 2nd line support for our local site support teams Drive incident management and contribute to major incidents Conduct problem management – proactive incident handling Facilitate knowledge transition between global deployment team, central (ProdOps), and local support teams Collect and document knowledge in ITSM ServiceNow tool Additionally, you have the chance to collaborate with local support teams to identify current and future needs. Qualifications
To be the ideal candidate for this position you have experience within IT support. We imagine you also meet most of the following requirements: A technical background or comprehensive knowledge of IT/OT Experience with specifications, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of system solutions in a regulated industry Preferred experience in OT System (Serialisation, eSCADA, PLC) Experience or knowledge with Linux server will be an advantage Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, and Change Management), Knowledge Management, Knowledge Centred Service (KCS), GxP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is advantageous Additionally, excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you should be someone who challenges the status quo to find new ways of working, possesses analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. As a person you are able to remain calm, flexible, and adapt to changing priorities while building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships.
