Process Excellence Manager
Nilfisk is a leading global player within the professional cleaning industry with around 5000 employees worldwide. We are currently undergoing a strategic transformation from a product-oriented manufacturer to a customer-driven global solutions partner, where investments in new technologies and the intelligent use of data will enable us to meet our customers’ demands more effectively.
The Nilfisk Next is our transformational strategy launched in 2018, which will guide us to position Nilfisk as the global leader in intelligent cleaning. We envision to achieve three core business objectives; to become a global company, a solution partner and a digital leader.
Play a key role in our global strategic transformation
In order to succeed with the global strategic transformation, we are looking for a Process Excellence
Manager, who will facilitate process optimization across Nilfisk with special focus on improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) and be part of our Strategy & Transformation Office in Transformations & IT.
Who are you?
You hold a master’s degree and have preferably 4-6 years of experience in a similar position within a similar industry (manufacturing). We expect you to be passionate and dedicated about leading others and driving initiatives forward. You have a pragmatic and executional approach and are willing to support projects with what it takes to succeed. You can work independently and ensure high quality of deliverables. - Ensure alignment between our strategic priorities and process optimization initiatives
- Create foundation for strengthening process optimization capabilities across the organization
- Define, lead and consult process optimization programs and initiatives
- Engage the organization around the customer centric agenda
You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen) and be part of our Strategy & Transformation Office in Transformations & IT.
Who are you?
You hold a master’s degree and have preferably 4-6 years of experience in a similar position within a similar industry (manufacturing). We expect you to be passionate and dedicated about leading others and driving initiatives forward. You have a pragmatic and executional approach and are willing to support projects with what it takes to succeed. You can work independently and ensure high quality of deliverables. In addition, we would like you to:
- Have a proven track record of driving process improvement programs and initiatives across global organizations
- Have a strong customer centric, digital and analytical mindset
- Preferably hold a certification in Six Sigma and/or Lean and have experience with facilitating Kaizen events
- Thrive in collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess excellent communication and change management skills
