An important part of Nilfisk’s strategy is to digitize and connect our product offering to enable us to offer new digitized services and solutions. To continue this journey we have created a new position as Global Fleet Success Associate – Connected Solutions. In this role, you will become a member of the Service & New Business Models team, that drives the commercial agenda of digitally connecting our fleet of machines, in order to monitor and analyze their performance. We want to create real value by delivering actionable insights from data to our customers in cleaning. Now your experience is needed to ensure the fleet is connected, monitored with a happy customer at the other end. You will work closely with Product Managers and customers to determine business needs, processes and solutions. The position is located in the Nilfisk HQ, Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive and Tech Savvy Consultant
We imagine you have a degree in Engineering (IT, electronics, mechatronics) or in Business Administration together with a high technology interest. You have 2-5 years of consultant experience or a similar position from the industry, in analyzing data, technical sales or a technical process role. A passion or working knowledge within IT-services, connected fleets and/or IoT would be a plus. You are fluent in English as you mostly will communicate in this language. Additionally, you have outstanding Excel and database skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Global process responsible for “Connecting the Fleet”.
- Monitor global performance of the connected fleet – including initiating proactive actions through regional/local sales and service support in all markets across the world.
- Engage daily with DevOps team and Product Management to identify areas for improvement in the products and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
- Customer access and account management for Connected Solutions (email reports, apps, web portals) with support from external partners.
- Daily tracking and up-to-date record of Connected Solutions globally, ensuring all data is correct, and fleet insights reporting.
