BaseCamp is a community of student housing properties, operating in Denmark, Germany and Poland and very soon opening two more properties in Denmark. As a growing company, we are looking for talented people to strengthen our team. Ours is a fast paced and inspiring environment where the Assistant BaseManager has the opportunity to individually make a big difference towards the student expectation by delivering a high-end accommodation and community product.
Currently, we are looking for multiple full-time Assistant BaseMangers for all our properties in Denmark. These include Lyngby, Copenhagen and South Campus on Amager. Desired starting date is 1st of June 2020.

Enjoying a wide range of independence, you would assist the BaseCamp manager in overseeing the daily operation of the property. To be successful as an Assistant BaseManager you should have experience and skills in the responsibilities described below.

To be successful as an Assistant BaseManager you should have experience and skills in the responsibilities described below.
Responsibilities (among other tasks):
- Personnel management (manage part time employees)
- Leasing management (coordinate and manage the moving in and out of residents, and all other related tasks, to maximize occupancy and revenue)
- Budgeting (assist the BaseCamp Manager to manage revenue and expenses, dealing with all financial matters on a daily basis, perform analytical review of financials and report information)
- Customer service (interact with the residents with a positive, can-do attitude)
- Event Management/Guest Relations (be proactive in the organization of events to create a community spirit and raise BaseCamp brand’s profile)
- General property maintenance (perform regular inspections and make sure the property is running up to standards)
Qualifications:
- Experience from the hospitality industry /administration (financial background as well as event management is required)
- Desire to work in a dynamic international environment
- Fluent Danish and English
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Able to prioritize duties
- Efficient time management skills
- Team player
- A dynamic, positive and problem-solving attitude towards eventual problems and obstacles.
