In recent years game-based social venues have been on the rise across the globe. They are the perfect meeting place for all social happenings: work, a date, or just friends on a night out.
We take mini-golf seriously, and brought the experience indoors to make it an all year round activity. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture. Our courses havegood playability but are still fun even for those who play mini-golf for the first time.
Our calendar is full of events creating a vibrant energy where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!

Do you find motivation in creating the best possible experience for both our guests and employees?
As our Camping Executive Chef, you are responsible for the smooth and profitable operations of our two kitchens within Aarhus. Primarily you are overseeing our kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items whilst in operations. Our kitchen concepts in both units are countertop service meaning that you will also be engaging with our guests firsthand

CAMPING EXECUTIVE CHEF
Are you an experienced chef from the restaurant- and hospitality industry?
Do you love the restaurant industry as much as we do?

As our Camping Executive Chef, you are responsible for the smooth and profitable operations of our two kitchens within Aarhus. Primarily you are overseeing our kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items whilst in operations. Our kitchen concepts in both units are countertop service meaning that you will also be engaging with our guests firsthand
EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience managing a large team and a kitchen offering all 3-day parts including takeaway.
- Strong leadership ability and excellent communication at all levels
- The ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
- Sound competence Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Has customer service know-how and thrives on creating unique experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit, train and manage kitchen staff in both units
- Managing and adjusting the schedule according to sales
- Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions food safety standard
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory and operating supplies and food from approved suppliers
- Collaborating with the F&B Director on menu changes
- Attending unit and brand meetings weekly
WE ARE OFFERING:
- Full time position starting May
- A competitive salary package based on experience
- Working hours include evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Travel between Copenhagen + Aarhus may be required
