The helicopter B1.3 Engineer is responsible for the maintenance (line/base) of the helicopters. He/she works in a team of engineers and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

The helicopter B1.3 Engineer is responsible for the maintenance (line/base) of the helicopters. He/she works in a team of engineers and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Comply with the requirements as described in the regulations.
- Ensure that all line maintenance tasks carried out on helicopters meet the standard of the BCAA/EASA and M.O.E. instructions.
- Ensure that all maintenance is completed within the appropriate time scales to ensure provision of a serviceable aircraft to meet the operational need.
- Ensure, based on pilot & all other relevant information, daily problem analysis & problem solving.
- Ensure briefing & debriefing of pilots and Shift Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure that preflight check is performed.
- Ensure, in cooperation with Stores that the necessary maintenance material & spare parts are present on site at the planned moment.
- Report daily on the maintenance situation to the Shift Supervisor/Maintenance Manager
- You must be ready to work offshore
Experience:
- EASA Part 66 B1.3 License
- If you have a type rating on H175 or other helicopter types this is preferred, but not a requirement.
Skills:
- Languages: English
- Knows & operates by the procedure and processes installed by the company
