We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to join the Rules & Regulations team in our Legal division.
As a student assistant you will get the opportunity to use your critical thinking and eye for detail, as well as your skills as a team player and problem-solving mindset to support colleagues. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will perform a balanced mix of practical and administrative tasks across projects covering a wide scope of regulatory and patents disciplines.
To highlight a few, under supervision you will take responsibility for administrating different fora internally and externally, collecting and preparing materials from the many internal stakeholders as well as supporting in training enrolment for appointed roles across the organization
You’ll work approximately 15 hours a week (2 full days) – with flexibility around exam periods.

Your skills and efforts will be key to successfully:
- plan, coordinate and execute tasks relating to Rules and Regulation
- support corporate legal functions
- support on patent administration and legal risk management matters
- navigate in a global organization with many stakeholders and assist them on a regular basis
- provide ad-hoc practical and administrative support to your colleagues
About you
You must be currently studying your bachelors or master’s in a related field and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies
- You’re meticulous, organized and responsible: you can take ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from briefing to implementation
- If you have maritime knowledge or technical flair this would be beneficial
- You have mastery of written English – and maybe German as well
