Would you like to be part of the construction of new “state-of-the-art” platforms for Tyra East and West?
For one of our clients, we are looking for an Information Management Readiness Specialist to provide Information Management guidance to the project team and to oversee the general status of EPC Contractors’ Information Management Readiness and implement project processes for timely delivery of required Operational data/document/drawing used during the Operational phase.
Start date: a.s.a.p
Expected end date: Q2 2022
Location: Esbjerg, DK
Areas of responsibility
In coordination with TRP IM team(s), you will ensure that EPC contractors submit appropriate equipment/engineering data according to agreed plan and data quality, including:

Areas of responsibility
In coordination with TRP IM team(s), you will ensure that EPC contractors submit appropriate equipment/engineering data according to agreed plan and data quality, including:
- Comply with project requirements and with the HSE policies of client and Semco Maritime.
- Follow up on data readiness and progress by means of biweekly status meetings and dashboards.
- Prepare IM recovery plan and follow it through to ensure that engineering data are received on time and according to expected quality.
- Work closely with site delivery managers and IM teams, ensuring tags & attributes, documents and drawings are delivered on time and in compliance with quality standards.
Your qualifications
You are a team player and a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Moreover, you have a bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience with upstream offshore oil & gas facilities or other relevant industry. Furthermore, we expect you to:
- Have experience from a major capital project executed at multiple sites and solid understanding of Document Management System (DMS) and Engineering Data Warehouses (EDW) system.
- Be an innovative personality ready to constructively challenge status quo and copy past solutions in all phases of a project.
- Have experience with Omega PIMS Completion Management System and WINPCS.
- Have Information Management experience including years of solid experience within production/maintenance, project execution, commissioning and field start-up.
