Key Responsibilities
As Start-up Manager in the Field Operations of Tyra Future, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in the start-up preparation and execution. This is with the possibility to seek out learning opportunities and transfer new skills and knowledge to the job and colleagues, willingly and openly sharing good practice. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when being responsible for meeting agreed objectives as well as adapting to changes in work practices, reporting requirements and job activities. Furthermore, you will get to use your knowledge and experience when managing a team of four positions.
You will be based in Esbjerg with frequent trips offshore during the offshore phase.
Overall, you have the responsibility of ensuring all the stakeholders are aware of the start-up strategy to reach an optimized ramp-up. You will be the key person to reach the plateau of roughly 80 kboe per day.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Prepare and develop Tyra Start-up strategy and philosophy
- Responsible for preparation of Start-up procedures and material
- Carry out operational reviews as required (Accommodation, utilities, Process and wells, ICSS)
- Participate to Project Reviews and any necessary audits / reviews and coordinate the Pre-Start-up review with HQ
- Define and ensure execution/preparation of all studies, procedures, risk/hazard/SIMOPS analyses and management of interface issues associated with start-up activities
- Responsible for the safe and efficient Start-up of Tyra main field
- Lead the Start-up team during all phases from preparation Onshore till first gas and ramp-up
- Ensure Commissioning preparation & execution is consistent with overall Start-up strategy
- Identify and ensure mobilization/supply of material, consumables & Tools and vendor / man-power support requirements for Start-up issue
- Monitor the Troubleshooting and ensure the resolution of Start-up problems
- Prepare and assist Operations with the execution of Performance Tests
