Key Responsibilities
As Planner in the Tyra Redevelopment, Project Control Team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in planning the project controls function. For a project scale like Tyra Redevelopment it is imperative that a dedicated planning function is in place to ensure that the various plans on the project are integrated and communicated effectively to all stakeholders. Furthermore, the purpose of the planning function is to ensure that progress is measured effectively across the project and that any schedule risks are communicated to the project leadership team. This function is vital in order to keep on track with the project Critical Success Factor of completing the project according to the agreed schedule. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

This function is vital in order to keep on track with the project Critical Success Factor of completing the project according to the agreed schedule. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Provide planning and scheduling service for Brownfield, Hook up, Commissioning and Wells teams of the project.
- Analyzing variances to the plan and propose mitigation actions.
- Review, comment on schedules and verifies progress reports provided by engineering companies, suppliers and contracts including other TEP DK Departments who produce schedules for Tyra Redevelopment Project.
- Prepare summary level to support Project teams and Project Management.
- Provide Integrated Activity Planning team with project schedule information and participates in IAP meetings.
- Support the performance management process, when necessary, by producing weekly / monthly reports or dashboards which measure schedule performance and plan attainment.
- Identifying schedule interfaces and making them visible in delivery line and integrated project schedules.
- Participate in the risk and opportunity management process by identifying schedule risks and take part in schedule risk analysis.
- Assist the planning lead with updating integrated project plans and other ad-hoc requirements.
