As a Student Assistant at Total, you will gain insight in the Oil & Gas industry. You will be involved in everyday tasks including project services and document control, bringing a dynamic and interesting workday. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from highly skilled colleagues in the project team. In project services your activity span is wide, including the support to risk management, management of change as well as cost and schedule control. Moreover, you will get to use your knowledge and experience when interfacing with internal stakeholders and key contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks and approximately 15-20 hours per week, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which, to a certain extent, will depend on your experience, educational background and personal interests and ambitions. There will be routine tasks, and opportunities to be involved in different tasks across a dynamic project team.

- Support in preparing the risk management register as well as management of change input
- Maintain a reporting system as required by Project Management, Reference Agreements and Company rules
- Plan and manage activities and meetings
- Write and edit procedures
- Ad hoc tasks
