Manufacturing and Global Procurement Global QSE HSE Construction Projects
The HSE Construction Projects department advises Project and Site Management during Construction in all matters related to HSE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardized HSE setup for all Pre-assembly sites
  • Ensure Pre-assembly sites are prepared from an HSE perspective to deliver on Project needs
  • Providing HSE information and guidance on Pre-assembly topics to Project Management
  • Advise and support HSE management regarding HSE related topics
  • Stakeholder management and communications towards HSE department (HQ)
  • Stakeholder management and communications towards Pre-assembly site management
  • Responsible for preparing and supporting audits from an Operations perspective
  • Ensure HSE readiness for entering new markets
  • Share knowledge on lessons learned from Operations with relevant stakeholders in MVOW, including sparring with safety awareness trainers and Technical and safety training department

Qualifications

  • Formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH
  • Technical background
  • Experience in Wind industry, ideally in pre-assembly

Competencies

  • Experience in HSE management in the offshore industry
  • Knowledge and experience with Change management
  • HSE risk management
  • Knowledge and experience with HSE audits and processes.
  • English language, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and the ability to interpret government approved codes of practices to ensure legal compliance
  • Good IT skills
