Manufacturing and Global Procurement Global QSE HSE Construction Projects
The HSE Construction Projects department advises Project and Site Management during Construction in all matters related to HSE.
Responsibilities
- Direct and develop a team of HSE Coordinators supporting the offshore construction of offshore windfarms
- Ensure continuous improvement of HSE processes under your area of responsibility
- Ensure sufficient manning of offshore construction projects with qualified HSE resources
- People Management, supervise job interviews, carry out regular development dialogues with Employees
- Stakeholder management and communications towards HSE department, Project Management, and various other internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Formal HSE qualification such as NEBOSH
- Technical background
- Experience in Wind industry, ideally in pre-assembly
Competencies
- Experience in the wind industry, ideally in offshore environment
- Technical background
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience with HSE audits and processes
- English language, written and spoken
- Good IT skills
