Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The department consist of a cross-functional department comprised of members from different disciplines within ITS. We work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the User Service team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. ITIL process, continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), Share Points update, etc. into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
You will be working with the User Services delivery team and the onsite support teams for both TEPDK (Esbjerg) and TUDK (Copenhagen)
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
