Key Responsibilities
As Training Partner, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in supporting and optimizing training strategies, procedures, and tools to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery with high quality. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in an international environment and in contact with employees, line managers and the head office. The Training partner has daily contact with the managers – both onshore and offshore – at all levels in the organization and because of this you as a contact person understand their business needs and contexts.
Overall, you have the responsibility of ensuring the execution of the validated training plan in the most efficient way to support the development of the employees as well as fulfilment of the HSE and legal obligations. You are the one to ensure that TEPDK employees receive the best quality of training at the best price with the use of various training methods. You provide an up-to-date training database for each employee within your responsibility. Further you function as a partner to the managers where you support them in prioritization between mandatory, recommended, and optional trainings and considering the budgetary and legal constraints. Finally, you provide day-to-day guidance to Student Assistants in the team. These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

Partnering with TDs/managers:
- Regular meetings with managers/TDs and employees within assigned parts of the business for information on training initiatives/support
- Ensure effective implementation of training programs in collaboration with TLS (TotalEnergies Learning Solutions) and external training providers
- Collaboration with Local Heads of Métier to create overview of mandatory and recommended safety and technical trainings per job role in the Métier
- Provide training expertise to TDs, managers, and other internal stakeholders
- Facilitate the development of individual training plans, and mobilize relevant expertise
Training administration:
- Manage and continuously optimize training administration
- Monitor and evaluate existing local training activities together with Training Owners to ensure continuous improvement according to business needs
- Manage the logistic needs for in-house and local training courses
- Implement any updates to trainings based on new legal requirements, based upon advice from Training Owners
- Review best training solution (quality, location and price) by checking the possibility with TLS, local providers and e-learnings
- Represent the company towards external training providers
Tools/Information:
- Support managers and TDs on the global LMS (Lizzy), including guidance, reporting, back-office work, setting up local trainings, etc.
- Make sure that an LMS system in relation to offshore training requirements, especially duty roster and Safe pass, is in place and optimized, in close collaboration with Field Ops Métier Support
- Keep track on validity of the mandatory training and certification especially for offshore employees
- Make sure that process-descriptions are developed and kept up to date
- Issue orders to training vendors, and handle training invoices according to agreements
- Provide compliance reports on mandatory trainings, both in-class and e-learnings
