Your position
As our new Personnel Coordinator you will join our Oil and Gas Service team, where we coordinate our Offshore employees every day day. Our Oil & Gas Service team is extremely dedicated and motivated, so you will notice that we create a high level of efficiency on cooperation with each other.
Your tasks & responsibilities
You will take care of a broad variety of administrative work related to the day-to-day coordination and support for our Offshore employees.

Your position
As our new Personnel Coordinator you will join our Oil and Gas Service team, where we coordinate our Offshore employees every day day. Our Oil & Gas Service team is extremely dedicated and motivated, so you will notice that we create a high level of efficiency on cooperation with each other.
Your tasks & responsibilities
You will take care of a broad variety of administrative work related to the day-to-day coordination and support for our Offshore employees.
As our new Personnel Coordinator your tasks will include:
- Coordination of white collars for offshore projects – including recruitment, compliance checks, rotation planning, etc.
- The digitalisation process, improvements and superuser status
- Creating contracts
- Administrative tasks related to document preparation
- Ad hoc tasks that may differ from day-to-day operations
Your profile and skills

To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Have experience with coordinating and recruiting personnel
- Possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English
- Are interested in working in an international setting and coordinating people from across the world
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and are keen on establishing good working relations
