Your position
As our new Student Assistant for HR, you will be a part of our HR Business Partnering team consisting of 3 dedicated HR Business Partners and a Student Assistant.
In our HR-department we are currently developing and optimizing our HR processes and strategies, and you will play a role in this exciting transition.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, we expect that over time you will get to work with recruitments of different sorts. This means that you will learn how to run a recruitment process from A-Z, how to select candidates through screenings and how to conduct a job interview.
We also have plenty of opportunities for writing projects, doing internships or writing your thesis here with us at Semco Maritime.
Your tasks & responsibilities
In this position you will mainly be assisting our HR Business Partners with different tasks and projects.

In this position you will mainly be assisting our HR Business Partners with different tasks and projects.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative tasks like inviting candidates for interviews, sending tests, booking meetings, etc.
- Creating job postings in cooperation with the hiring managers or through inquiries and posting them through our system
- Creating presentation material like PowerPoints
- Employer branding activities at universities, career fairs, etc.
- Updating and optimizing templates
Your profile & qualifications
As a person we imagine that you are extroverted and service-minded, you also appreciate working with people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. You are structured, organized and comfortable in an environment where many tasks are going on at once.
You are curious about learning new things and you are passionate about creating the best possible solutions.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education and have at least 1,5 years left
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken, fluency in Danish is beneficial
- Can work 15 - 20 hours a week during regular business hours
- Have a keen interest in working with HR and creating solutions through people
- Have great IT-skills and experience in working with MS Office
