Our team is a key element to succeed with those ambitions, as our focus is to 1) identify manual processes that are keen for automation, 2) automate the process with the most optimal tool and thus 3) provide time back to the business that can be used for more valuable objectives.
Our team primarily utilize the Robotics Process Automation tool ‘Automation Anywhere’ and the ‘Microsoft Power Platform’ (i.e., Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate), but are continuously working on increasing our toolkit. We are a strong mix of Danish and international people, so we are forced to be structured in our way of communicating. That means we are strongly depended on Microsoft Teams to communicate and are stringent on visualizing our tasks, goals and impediments in Azure DevOps. We are mature on agile ways of working, as we have utilized SCRUM and SAFe 5.0 methodologies since the unit was established.
You will become part of a team with a pleasant and flexible work environment, a team that have full speed ahead whilst staying open minded and informal.
You are an end-to-end problem solver who prefers to use the right tool for the job in close collaboration with your peers. You have solid hands-on experience with coaching teams and individuals on how to practice agile. You are comfortable and skilled in conducting workshops with diverse functional areas.

- Has an understanding for automation and optimization of manual processes
- Agile ways of working, primarily SCRUM
- Working in an international team with outsourced team members and cross-functional settings
- Can practice a clear communication, set sharp goals, and execute on planned activities
- Understanding of GXP will be preferred

Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide and assist an international team in agility, regulations, and ways of working.
- Continuously challenge and improve our methodologies.
- Ensure the team is enabled to execute on the planned activities to drive the value back to business rapidly
- Identify and design internal process improvements in close collaboration with developers and analysts.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- Bachelor/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Understanding of technical solutions, business processes and have an analytic and methodical approach in problem solving
- Experience with process optimization and/or process automation, preferably with Automation Anywhere and the Microsoft Power platform
- Experience with Agile ways of working, preferably SCRUM or SAFe
- Previous experience from a global/multicultural environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, through all levels of an organization both internal and external
- Strong collaborator: Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the automation delivery cycle.
