Your position

As a Project & Tender Engineer in the Firefighting division, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for executing and tendering firefighting projects in a global environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, contributing to projects of varying scales and complexities. Your work will directly impact safety and operational excellence in the global offshore Renewable industry.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 24 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Project & Tender Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing key tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing commercial and technical proposals for firefighting systems, based on customers’ enquiries and requirements.
  • Finding and documenting the right technical solutions while engaging with our technical teams, HSEQ, Procurement and other relevant departments.
  • Facilitating factory acceptance test
  • Engineering and documentation and providing advice/assistance to installation/site supervision and commissioning activities when required.
  • Submission to customers and prompt resolution to comments, if any
  • Working together with the Procurement team to ensure that approved project purchases are in accordance with pre-approved costs, ensuring quality and compatibility.
  • Practising good HSE standards

Your profile & qualification

We are looking for an outgoing and positive engineer who is passionate about technical challenges in firefighting and wants to make a real impact. You are proactive, organised, and eager to drive solutions in a fast-paced and changing environment.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A technical degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Broad technical knowledge and experience with firefighting systems.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate effectively in both Danish and English.
  • Experience working with project coordination, documentation, and technical proposals.
  • A proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge-sharing in an international team.
