About the Team
In the role as Automation Support Engineer, your base will be in our Customer Service Team, which is part of the Aftersales area at Aasted. In the team we all work dedicated to support our customers and their equipment. Our Aftersales team is growing rapidly and has a crucial role in the Company strategy. Our focus is on our customers, delivering the best viable solutions and experiences, both digitally and physically. You will be part of a diverse team with many competencies.
About the Job
We are looking for a solution-oriented Automation Support Engineer for our team, who will work with customer support and sell services to our customers around the world. You will furthermore pass on your experience with technical and process solutions to our customers and service engineers regarding our equipment. Your daily place to work in this position will be on-site at our head quarter in Farum.
About You
Preferably, you come from a position as a field service engineer, and with knowledge from troubleshooting technical and process challenges. You are motivated by giving customers and partners a good and professional service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering.
- 5 years' work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance.
- 5 years' experience in Servo, HMI, PLC, electrical and electronic systems in general with either Rockwell or Siemens.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in service and software support automation (essential).
- Technical insight and preferably field service engineer background.
- Confident with IT programs. Knowledge of Axapta or other ERP systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Service minded with great problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills.
