For Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) we are currently looking for an experienced SHE advisor, to ensure development, execution and follow up of the daily quality tasks.

Muehlhan Wind Service A/S is a full-scope contractor and supplier of specialized and ”best-in-class” wind turbine technicians, as well as Installation- and Service solutions. Our expertise lies in the areas of; Mechanical Work, Paint- and Surface treatment, Blade Work, Electrical and High Voltage Work, as well as HSE/QA consulting.

Via Muehlhan Group, they can operate on a global scale, with country specific knowledge and local content.

THE ORGANISATION

You will be part of the SHEQ Organisation with reference to the Director of SHEQ. Your work location is Fredericia, Denmark however regular visits to our office location and project sites are to be expected.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Your key responsibility is to ensure SHEQ related to our operational activities and tasks. In addition, hereto you will support Muehlhan Wind Service in further developing and enhancing our systems and performance and thereby being an important player in shaping the future SHEQ standards and performance in Muehlhan Wind Service.

Primary tasks:

  • Support the further development of our existing Integrated Management System (IMS) related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Including future potentially relevant certificates and standards we would want to adapt towards
  • Further mature IMS process ownership incl. stakeholder and interface management
  • Drive internal proactive SHEQ initiatives and act as cultural SHEQ coach. This includes supporting, training, and coaching our competent SHEQ colleagues on site
  • Facilitate IMS and SHEQ workshops related to people, process, and tools on all levels of the organisation
  • Manage internal and external audits, verification, and performance reviews
  • Prioritise, plan and allocate SHEQ initiatives and resources
  • Contribute and deliver SHEQ support for commercial and project activities
  • Contribute and deliver documentation (RAMS, Permit, Project documentation and plans for
  • executions) and ensure their robustness, functionality, and implementation
  • Back-office support internally and towards customers, this includes kick-off meetings
  • Support functional SHEQ (audit, rescue set-up, investigation, MWS system, processes and
  • methodology etc.)
  • Experience with investigation methodologies, risk management and project management are an advantage
  • Experience with lifting, chemical and maritime activities are an advantage

THE CANDIDATE

You...

  • Are well experienced working with IMS maturements and come with a good understanding of process management.
  • Are comfortable reading and understanding directives, technical specifications as well as standards.
  • Have good knowledge of ISO requirements, certification and QHSE systems
  • Are analytically strong, has a problem-solving mindset and a keen focus on continuous improvement
  • Are an excellent communicator
  • Have minimum 5 years of practical experience
  • Are highly motivated and thrive in an independent role
  • Can act as a change agent, who enjoys collaborating and working in cross functional teams
  • Have excellent communication skills

EDUCATION

There are several approaches to the job, the most important is that you have the desired experience, knowledge and understanding of HSE.

TRAVEL ACTIVITY

Approx. 25-60 days a year - mainly in Europe

LAUNGUAGE

Danish and English both orally and in writing

IT

Excellent computer skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
