On behalf of our customer PerkinElmer, Randstad is looking for a Site Leader for the main site of Novo Nordisk. You will act as the direct support to the sites and lead a team of 14 people. You will join a new team where you will have a direct influence on shaping the team.
As Site Leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for the local sites where there will be a limited amount of travel activities to the sites. Here you will also have the managerial responsibility for leading field service engineers, a coordinator and off-shore resources.
You will be responsible for service delivery and tactical support of the client account team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer support, effective service and resource planning/development.
- The growth strategy of the OneSource service business at the site and ensuring that the team is performing
- Ensuring PerkinElmer’s contractual obligations (KPIs) are fulfilled and reporting KPIs to the management on a regular basis
- Ensuring that service engineers submit documentation correctly
- Monitoring and leading field service work and vacation planning
- Revision of all data for financial chargebacks and open PO reports and reviewing open SR data and taking necessary action
- Keeping up with customer satisfaction by building a customer relationship, monitoring the response downtime, maintenance plan and first time fix
- Acting as customer contact point for complaint management
- Keeping up with customer surveys and making suggestions for improvement
- Leading monthly meetings with key responsible representatives of the customer
You have an academic background within electro-mechanics, electronics, chemistry or similar. You have experience as a Field Service Engineer in the MedTech industry. It is a plus if you have experience of working in a laboratory environment within industry or academia. Other than that, you have 2 years’ managerial experience. You are strategic and analytical and know how to tackle tough problems with firm deadlines. Last, but not least, you are fluent in Danish and English.

About you
