On behalf of Hitachi Rail STS, Randstad is looking for an experienced Office Administrator.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and providing general administrative support to your coworkers. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable working in an international environment and also enjoy being independent since your closest reference will be the Nordic Facility Manager in Stockholm. The position is a full time temporary position for a duration of 12 months. The position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Ordering of office supplies and stationary, etc.
- Ordering of coffee, fruit, milk, catering, etc.
- Ordering of IT equipment and coordinating with IT support in Italy
- Hands on site for IT
- Overview and admin of repairs, maintenance and ordering technicians and the like
- Admin of car park
- Admin of cleaning contract and other supplier contracts
- Creation of pre purchase requests
- Book and take cars for service, tire change, etc.
- Small translation tasks, Danish-English
- Admin of apartment contracts, including physical inspections of apartments
- Admin cars and contracts
- Check of supplier invoices
- Postal service
- Couriers
- Internal events and meetings
- Ad hoc
- Mobile + internet subscription administration (handing out phones and SIM cards)
- Is independent
- Is a self-starter (line manager is remote)
- Have a can-do attitude and a positive approach
- Is proactive
- Speaks English and Danish
- Has experience in office administration
- Has experience with computers and systems
- Has experience in multitasking and working on parallel tasks
- Is communicative
- Is structured with good organizational skills
