As Sales and Operations Planning Manager you will be leading a small team, who is responsible for implementing S&OP in CO-RO. You will take lead in establishing global processes within demand planning, inventory management and reporting. You and the S&OP team will be facilitating the monthly processes with our markets and partners around the world and define and implement a global decision making process. Furthermore, you will take part in many of CO-RO’s development projects serving as the link between the development- and commercial teams and other stakeholders within supply chain and operations to facilitate efficient introduction of new products to the supply chain.
You will be working close together with our Supply Planning team that take care of weekly scheduling of production lines at our factories in Frederikssund and at our co-packers around the world.
CO-RO has an ambitious growth strategy which drives the need for stronger planning. In combination with current implementation of a new ERP system (Dynamics 365) this provides us with a unique opportunity to develop planning at CO-RO into a key stakeholder and center point for decision making. You will take part in this transformation by developing strong processes for forecasting, S&OP and product life cycle management.
You will be part of our Customer Supply Chain management team. Customer Supply Chain covers Sales & Operational Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Strategic Sourcing. Customer Supply Chain is a newly established function, established to ensure best service to our customers all over the world. We have a wide range of stakeholders at other departments in Frederikssund as well as with our many partners around the world.

The profile
- You are a Master’s/diploma graduate within SCM or engineering and have a 5-10 years of S&OP experience ideally within FMCG
- You have good leadership skills and you are willing to take active part in daily operations while also managing the team
- You have attention to detail and have good excel/BI skills and are familiar with Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools
- You are excellent in stakeholder management and have the ability to create and maintain trusted relations
- You communicate convincingly, and you are fully proficient in English and Danish in a professional context
- Some travel to visit partners and customers may occur (app. 20-30 days per year)
