For our Customer Haldor Topsoe A/S - in Frederikssund, SAM International A/S is looking for a skilled Global Quality Partner to become part of the Global Quality Management team, and together with them ensuring a successful building and implementation, - and hereafter maintenance of a new global quality management system.
Haldor Topsoe is the world leader in catalysis, based in Denmark and with production and sales Worldwide. Their catalysts and engineering designs are the pivot of the global supply of food and fuels. 50 % of all fertilizers in the World are produced with Topsoe catalysts, and the catalysts enables fuel production with minimum energy consumption and pollution.
The Global Supply Unit (GSU) responsible for production of catalysts and engineering designs is currently building and implementing a global quality management system, aiming at ISO 9001 certification. The purpose is to streamline processes within quality control, assurance and management in support of our production lines and product quality.
The Global Quality Management Department, a small department with the global responsibility for quality management and quality assurance in the GSU, is now seeking to fill a position as Global Quality Partner, at the catalyst production site in Frederikssund, Denmark.
The position features a combination of system development, implementation, operation and improvement, as well as both local and global tasks, combined with operation of the current quality management system in Frederikssund.
The position
As Global Quality Partner with Topsoe, your tasks will be:
Development of quality, production and business processes Communication, training and monitoring as part of system implementation Operation, maintenance and improvement of the new quality management software system Operate the current quality management system until transition to the new system Serve as link between local practice and global development Support the production and the quality control laboratory, as well as Environment and Health & Safety management Act as local Quality Manager with responsibilities such as audit planning and delivery, non-conformance management and management review

As part of the Global Quality Management Department, short term traveling will be a natural part of your job.
Candidate Profile
We expect you to have a relevant education within natural sciences, technology or production engineering. Knowledge of chemistry from education and/or employment is highly appreciated.
Quality management experience from manufacturing industry, ISO 9001 Experience with project management Training or experience as quality auditor Preferentially experience with environment and health & safety management, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and in writing Knowledge of SAP is appreciated You enjoy working in a multicultural environment with colleagues from the factory floor to management You work with system details and strategic perspective at same ease You are Self-driven and a good collaborator
Quality management experience from manufacturing industry, ISO 9001
Experience with project management
Training or experience as quality auditor
Preferentially experience with environment and health & safety management, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and in writing
Knowledge of SAP is appreciated
You enjoy working in a multicultural environment with colleagues from the factory floor to management
You work with system details and strategic perspective at same ease
