Do you want to help enable large transportation infrastructure projects including highways in Denmark, the Fehmarn Belt fixed link, as well as airport and port projects worldwide? As Senior Pavement Engineer, your most important responsibility will be to contribute by setting example and by applying your experience to our projects and our current team of pavement specialists. The team is diverse with different professional and social backgrounds, but all team members share a high level of specialist knowledge. We are proud to have a high engagement, as well as great internal collaboration across the country to meet our ambitions of being the strongest pavement specialist group in Denmark.
As part of your daily work, you will partake in your own projects with our customers, while contributing to large infrastructure projects in and outside of Denmark.

As part of your daily work, you will partake in your own projects with our customers, while contributing to large infrastructure projects in and outside of Denmark.
Your key activities will be:
- Pavement designs for highways, roads, airports, ports, bridges etc.
- Pavement and numerical analysis, including conditional and optimization studies
- Maintenance and renovation of existing pavements, as part of asset management
- Development of material specifications and tender materials for pavement works
- Collaboration with clients to implement value engineering, including supervision of pavement works
- Mentoring and support of junior engineers to develop their professional skills
Your competences are the key to our success.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, curious, and passionate about expanding their professional knowledge and competencies. We will also provide the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry here in Denmark and elsewhere.
As part of your competences, you will have:
- A degree in civil engineering or similar built environment
- Preferably 10 years' relevant experience in total, with 5 years’ associated with pavements including a strong theoretical background
- Experience steering projects and providing technical expertise for clients and colleagues, in Denmark and abroad
- Strong knowledge of pavement design, construction, maintenance and testing methods
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language)
