The Position


We are looking for a Technical Data Officer for a 12-months maternity cover based at our HQ at Frederikssund. The Technical Data Officer will lead the data population of the new TDMS system and coordinate the collection, review, approval, and publication of technical documentation from the Innovation team.

As a Technical Data Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert knowledge to build raw material and formula data set in DevEx database
  • Providing consultancy for liquid development, packaging development and regulatory affairs users of DevEx, ensuring best practise is applied to standard way of working
  • Setting up and embedding standard ways of working for collection, review, approval and publication of technical documents
  • Collecting technical documentation from suppliers, including:
    • Ingredient specifications
    • Packaging specifications
    • Supplier questionnaires
    • Additional supporting documentation

  • Reviewing data received and routing to CO-RO expert via the TDM system
  • Building product data sets in TDM system and running workflows
  • Publishing technical data to bottlers
  • Providing ‘superuser’ support for users of the TDM system
  • Managing product obsolescence in the TDM system
  • Supporting on relevant documentation systems / artwork coordination projects and initiatives

In the role, you will enjoy a broad stakeholder interaction – e.g. with Innovation, Procurement, Legal, bottlers and suppliers globally.

The Profile

We imagine you are experienced in coordinating technical documentation and working in projects teams – where speed and quality is essential. You have a proven track record working with many projects simultaneously and a natural desire to stay on top of things, align with stakeholders, prioritise and work with great attention to detail securing approved documents with timely delivery.

You are a self-starter with good cultural understanding and the ability to work across disciplinary boundaries.

Experience working with beverage technical data at a company that operates globally and/or within FMCG is an advantage.

For this position, fluency in English is a must.
