The position


We are offering an exciting newly established position as Global Planner, Digitalization Lead. The focal point of the role is demand planning – but with a unique focus on digitalization, data, and AI. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring manufacturing and delivery are consistent with what is needed at our sites in APAC, Middle East and Africa – entailing an everchanging and challenging workday. You will join a truly global work environment and collaborate with skilled employees across many different countries and cultures.

You will be the lead in establishing processes within demand planning, inventory management, NPI, phase out, and reporting – focusing on how digitalization can help streamline and make our processes more efficient. You will own the monthly planning process and act as the link between our global sites and key stakeholders situated in our HQ, Denmark. You will represent Supply Chain and constitute a valuable contributor in many of CO-RO’s growing development projects, collaborating across functions while utilizing your distinct project managements skills. You will join the Global S&OP team and will report to the S&OP Manager.

The profile


In order to be taken into consideration for the role, you possess no less than three years of relevant work experience from a similar position. As an educational basis, you likely hold a MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

You have built up valuable project management skills, touching upon product launches and phase out projects. Additionally, we expect you to hold strong stakeholder management skills, being a good facilitator and communicator. You enjoy a broad stakeholder interaction and can easily communicate within all levels of an organisation, from CEO to Warehouse Worker.

You possess both knowledge and interest in AI and digitalization. You hold sufficient skills in BI and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools will serve valuable in our selection for the role. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
