As the Manager for electrical team you will be responsible for the day to day business on our Capex project portfolio, and your team will consist of Electrical; Instrument and DCS engineers.We are looking for a skilled leader that enjoy being part of a team there get our Capexs projects brought into operation on time, on spec and on budget. You will be a part of team taking our Capex projects from idea to handover, and our Capex projects is a split of rebuilds in production units, pilot plant to new production lines.Location:

Have a passion for working with highly specialized peopleAre solution oriented, efficient, and structuredAre curious and willing to challenge the status quoAre motivated by innovation and knowledge-sharingStrong focus on QEHS and work ethics for own team as well as subcontractor teams.Qualifications:Qualifications:Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical engineering You have approximately 10 years’ experience in a similar position there is executing of complex projects preferably in the Petro-chemical industry, energy sectors or similar areas Sound commercial and business understanding Focused on risk & opportunity management throughout the projects, experienced in implementing recovery / acceleration programs Focus on building a strong engineering team, setting clear goals and directions and empower the team to deliver on time, quality, and budget Excellent communication skills Experience in execution of technology projects including hardware and vendor interaction Technical understanding of Chemical or Hydro-processing business is an advantage.
