A bright mind underway with his or hers BSc or MSc in a relevant field - is that you?
You are currently in your last year of the BSc or first year of your MSc in a relevant field of study (e.g. IB, FIR or FSM) and you are curious about Transfer Pricing, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Intellectual Property rights, intercompany financing and business operations in a Group headquarters with an international footprint. You are a team player who takes the initiative and works independently with a structured approach to your work. You deliver quality, have a good eye on the detail as well as a good business understanding. We expect you to have solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
You will need both your analytical sense and your business acumen to assist with the following tasks:
We expect the position to hold between 15 and 20 hours a week, which will be agreed upon individually. You will be working in our Group headquarter in Gentofte, Denmark.

- Prepare and update transfer pricing documentations
- Reconcile financial data from different sources
- Assist in M&A related work
- Document intercompany agreements
- Determine arm’s length value of different intercompany transactions
- Prepare benchmark studies
- Perform analysis in excel and presentations in power point
- Assist with different types of ad-hoc work
- Command of Danish language is desirable
