Currently we are looking for a student assistant to support our Demand Planning team of 4 dedicated Demand Planners. So, if you are looking for a Supply Chain experience, more specifically in the scope of forecasting and implementing tools to support it, then we might have a job for you.

Bringing the real story to life
We are going to take our S&OP maturity journey to the next level. This includes developing Demand Planning functions, processes and tools. To support our growth, we are currently implementing a best in class Advance Planning System (APS) being a new sales forecasting and replenishment tool to be used within our organization globally. You will be instrumental to the success of this project in supporting the roll-out to various countries. We have chosen o9 as APS implementation partner – o9 is a global leader in supply chain digitalization solutions.

Demand Planning is one of the pillars of Integrated Business Planning. Demand Planners, in collaboration with our Sales & Marketing team prepare a rolling sales forecast based on statistical models, event planning and product life cycle, flag gaps towards financials and lead sign-off process in S&OP meetings. The signed demand plan is an essential input to sales plans, production plans and financials plans.

Ideally, you are:
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. The position is located in our head office in Gentofte, Copenhagen, reporting directly to the Demand Planner Wholesales.

You will namely:
- Ensure use of proper master data and provide data cleansing in preparation of roll-out
- Test Advanced Planning System before roll-out
- Assist in Roll-out and check data for markets within the Demand Plan Team EU and RoW
- Create Demand Plan for your own assigned market
- Consolidate output of Demand Plan for monthly sign-off and S&OP Demand Review meeting
- Document SOP (Standard Operating Processes)
- Play an instrumental role in improving current processes.

Ideally, you are:
- In the last year of your bachelor’s degree with an intent to pursue a master’s in Supply Chain Management after the summer, or alternatively in the first year of your master’s in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, IMM, EMF or similar
- A self-starter who is quick to deliver, with a flair for numbers and excellent MS Office skills
- A person that takes pride in details, are dedicated and meticulous whenever you take on a project
- Looking for an opportunity to build relations across borders, functions and cultures
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
