The role as Employee Central and Master Data Specialist
Scandinavian Tobacco Group is transforming the way the Group is organized, working and doing business. Group HR is going through a transformation, where new profiles are being on-boarded to deliver on the increasing needs for global standardized processes, high quality data and digital services.
We are looking for an ambitious Master Data Specialist with a global and innovative mindset, to drive and implement master data governance with other Business Process Experts.
You find passion and motivation in maneuvering in a cross-functional environment and have a proactive approach towards strengthening our processes, data and system across our Global HR community.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Engage with business process owners to align system, master data and processes end-to-end
• Define and maintain data attributes, as well as business rules
• Ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines and maintain system picklists
• Review and monitor HR Data Quality and be able to explain variances and trends to continually identify & deliver measures to improve systems and data integrity
• Develop, enhance and maintain management reporting analyses and dashboards on HR statistics such as headcount, absence, attrition, talent management, diversity, in accordance with requirements to show value through data
• Perform impact assessment for data change requests
• Facilitate training across the global HR community on HR data, maintenance and quality checks
• Drive implementation activities regarding master data and system changes
The position is located in our head office in Gentofte, reporting to the Head of Global People Data & Technology. Our scope is global, and you should therefore anticipate approx. 10 travels days per year, to which you will have some influence on when they are scheduled.
What is needed to succeed?
The ideal candidate will have a University Degree or have gained equivalent knowledge through experience. We are looking for an HR professional who wants to develop into the IT and master data area, alternatively an IT or master data professional who wants to move into the area of IT and data for HR.
We appreciate if you have experience of analyzing data as well as creating structures and reports. An understanding of HR processes as well as experience of SuccessFactors is advantageous. You have genuine interest in IT systems and, more specifically, how IT systems add value to HR and the business.
