Our regional and premium brands in Europe are essential to the success of the corporate strategy, Rolling Towards 2025. For the position as International Marketing Manager, we are looking for a strong commercial marketeer to lead, drive and develop the brand portfolio and team responsible for one of the biggest profit pools in Scandinavian Tobacco Group.
The position reports to VP Marketing, Europe Branded Division and your overall role will be to drive the strategic and commercial agenda for the portfolio of the regional brands and premium brands. You will lead a team of strong commercial marketeers and oversee the marketing cycle focused on identifying and executing profit growth initiatives for the portfolio. This will span across development of growth and simplification plans, partnering with supply chain on development of concrete initiatives and partnering with markets and our commercial excellence team on driving strong execution in markets.
Drive sustainable profit growth across regional and premium brands portfolio
As the International Marketing Manager, you drive the 3-year planning process with focus on building strong plans and initiatives that will deliver sustainable profit growth across the portfolio. This entails that you together with your team, drive simplification of the brand portfolio and focus on building stronger strategic brands. This through strong portfolio management and brand centred business development initiatives across markets. As the leader of the team, you spend time being a leader, developing, growing and coaching your team through giving responsibility, exposure and feedback. Moreover you:
Commercial marketeer leader with passion for driving profit growth
To succeed in this position and build a career in Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you have already shown strong results within FMCG marketing/brand management or business development and have shown what it means to be a leader who builds talents. You are experienced in managing smaller teams and in working with an international outlook, where you understand how to gain local as well as global insights and how to leverage these to build winning plans and initiatives. You have strong analytical skills, solid commercial understanding, strong experience with project management and a profound understanding of marketing fundamentals. Moreover you:
You will be working at our head office in Gentofte, Denmark and should expect to travel as part of the job.

- Continuously secure relevance and meaning of the regional and premium brands and drive winning brand experience (smoking, format, look&feel and activation) that brings positioning to life and ensures our brands are easy to think off and easy to buy
- Develop and execute simplification and innovation opportunities across the portfolio to drive sustainable profit growth in strong collaboration with supply chain, markets and commercial excellence
- Handle the daily business with both internal (markets, procurement, supply chain, etc) and external (design, packaging, etc) partners
- Manage the portfolio and individual brand budgets.

- are strong at managing many different stakeholders and understand how to build strong business partnerships across borders as well as between functions
- are not easily ruffled, thrive with high level of dynamic circumstances and have the ability to balance focus on both long-term planning and short-term project execution
- are a strong leader that understand how to build your team and how to get impact through others
- have outstanding communication skills and are fluent in English; both spoken and written.
You will be working at our head office in Gentofte, Denmark and should expect to travel as part of the job.
