Scandinavian Tobacco Group has started an exciting Global business & digitalization transformation journey. Over the next 3 years we will implement one Global ERP platform to replace our multiple and different ERP solutions. The OneProcess project will continue with the explore and build phase and we will go with the newest technology with SAP S4/HANA Cloud. The global transformation will take us to the next level involving all functions and most processes in our Company.

As our new Deployment Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
• Overall planning supporting the top-down scoping exercise with defining work packages and identifying interdependencies
• Execution of deployment of the solution and ensuring smooth transition to the new systems
• Responsible for the strategy to sunset legacy applications
• Ensure alignment between project deployments waves, prioritization of resources across project deployment clusters, sharing of best practices, and manage risks across project deployment clusters
• Accountable for resource management across deployment waves in close coordination with the local deployment leads
• Ensure all projects in deployment adhere to the defined design principles and programme standards
• Setting up deployment governance
• Report deployment execution status to the leadership
• Ensure benefits linked to each deployment wave are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered, working closely with local / regional programme leadership
• Prepare for and present tollgate decisions to leadership
Primarily responsible for the planning, management and execution of the deployment activities to promote a smooth transition to the new system/ applications. Responsibilities include developing an approach for handling legacy systems, release and deployment strategy, deployment planning and execution.
What is needed to succeed?
• 10+ years of experience in project execution and drive to bring results
• Preferably certified in program management methods
• Managed large teams / ability to connect people
• Good facilitation and communication skills
• Can see things “outside in”, cross geography, cross business units
• Willingness to change and strive for best STG solutions
• Can motivate and mobilize people
• Conflict management experience
• Can challenge people and ideas
• Strong communication skills on different hierarchical levels
• Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
