The Position As Associate Manager for our process support, you will be setting the direction for the team, providing clear paths towards success and securing timely handling of production issues, problem solving, improvements etc. You will naturally lead by example and drive high performance by being a highly visible manager who provides sparring and coaching to your employees. The main tasks in this role, will be: Keeping fundamental practice within aseptic filling but still ready to challenge systems, processes and ensure ongoing optimisation.
Responsible for providing professional development opportunities for your team members. The position has a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with our department management team and act as one united function but also in alignment with our sister departments.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or any sciences academical background.
Experience from pharmaceutical industry, and ideally, your knowledge and skills have been homed in a production environment.
2 years of experience as team leader or heading complex projects on a large scale.
Experience within process support.

About the Department BRD Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia disorders. Our department will handle aseptic filling on brand new isolator filling lines. We are approximately 80 motivated and talented colleagues divided into 3 operating teams and 2, support teams and a staff team. Your department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism and an informal tone. The department have close collaborations with the other departments within the area which can increase the complexity.
