Our overarching goal is to improve the efficiency of manufacturing-related processes for our co-workers, and you will be a key person in these transformation activities. The role requires the ability to take independent decisions based on business requirements and business strategy. Many areas of the customer’s organisation must be taken into consideration in the decision making since the position influences the quality level of the batch documentation. This position spans several functional and managerial levels and represents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Your main responsibilities are to: Investigate and ensure that our MES system is planned, developed, and implemented in a way that meets production requirements Collaborate with customers on issues like gap analysis, business process design, configuration, system documentation and validation of our IT solutions Training of end-users before data conversion, system enhancements and go-live activities Writing validation test protocols and reports for projects and patch upgrades as well as participating in review test execution Configuration of MES related hardware Qualifications To be successful in this position, you need to have the following: Good knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is required, and experience with PAS-X is advantageous 2+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferred BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar Open minded, outspoken with a strong sense of self-motivation, desire to take charge, and willing to learn and use new skills Working proficiency in Danish & English About the department You will work in the PAS-X Development area of Biotech and Rare Disease in Gentofte, reporting directly to IT Manager Jimmy Ingild Slot Jespersen. The team you will be a part of is responsible for supporting the production sites within MES projects and support. We manage and participate in a number of IT-related projects to ensure production stability, compliance, and future demand. We have over 70 employees in the unit, and you will be part of a team with a positive atmosphere and strong team spirit.
