The position As our new Application Manager in the IT Department, you will play a key role influencing our current, as well as our future, production facilities with robust solutions within IT systems and solutions. You will solve your tasks independently as well as in collaboration with professionals with various backgrounds within academics and technical expertise. As part of the IT System Management team, no days will be the same, as you collaborate with your colleagues to ensure robust productions facilities which in turn produce a range of different products within resins and enzymes, as well as a packaging facility. You will ensure that the documentation for IT and OT solutions are up to date and compliant with both internal and external requirements. This includes risk assessments, requirement specifications, validation, and test documentation as well as periodic reporting. When participating in projects, you will have a key position and have a strong voice in the design and draw on your current experience. You will work closely with process-, engineering-, and manufacturing stakeholders to assess requirements, design, draw up documentation and test the automation solutions of our future facility. The main system in the manufacturing area is SCADA System Platform from AVEVA (formerly known as Wonderware) and predominantly Siemens PLCs. Should you not have these competences already, we will provide you with training in these technologies. Prior experience with System Platform is therefore not required, though it will be considered a great advantage. Your core task is to ensure compliance for the IT and OT solutions (systems and equipment). Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position has:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with documentation of complex systems or processes
  • A strong Quality/GMP mindset
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably within IT or Automation related fields or an engineering background with a technical flair and curiosity.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure high quality documentation delivered timely
  • Good collaborating and communicating skills as you work closely with a broad variety of key stakeholders, mainly within the production area.
  • Is fluent in technical English and preferably have the ability to speak or at least is willing to learn Danish, as some stakeholders solely speaks Danish.
  • As a person you work effectively with a natural respect based on your technical skills. Your structural approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while maintaining an eye for the details. You communicate effectively while securing adherence to technical quality standards. You can work independently and still be an excellent teammate. You are open minded and happy to meet new people as part of participating in project / cross-functional teams. You thrive in an environment where new challenges and focus can change quickly, but always with the overall common goal in mind. About the department If you apply for the position, you will become part of our IT System Management team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization. The team consists of 10 employees with various educational background. The team solely focus on IT System Management, so you will have a group of colleagues for sparring and collaboration, we are also supported by two additional IT teams – a support team and a operations team, which supports with technical and compliance expertise.
