As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for securing an effective document controlling process in all aspects related to Program Control team in Fill Finish Expansions. Although the role will be situated in Denmark, you will collaborate with document management organizations at the site projects across the world. To be successful in this position it is critical to achieve ambitious timelines and business benefits in this project. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ensure compliance with regards to project documentation and upload and process documentation in different systems (SharePoint, QualityDocs & EIDA)
• Manage user access in e.g EIDA (documentation system) and support in others.
• Control the distribution of project documentation, both internally and externally.
• Follow up on document deliverables, ensuring that documents are received and submitted in timely manner.
• Train users in document control process and system. Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• Preferably, more than 3 years of experience working as Document Controller or similar role, preferably in Life Science or other regulated industry.
• Knowledge in project management
• Working experience with EDMS (EIDA, SharePoint etc.)
• BSc or MSc in Business Management or Business Administration.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a person, you can work with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and you have a great communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. About the department
The program controls department is composed by more than 18 highly skilled and experienced colleagues. You will report to head of program controls and take over 10+ employees with people management responsibilities.
