Position You will be leading a team of approx. 10 highly skilled and professional Project Managers responsible for strategically important IT/OT and digital projects in the assembly and pack supply chain of . You will be working in close collaboration with the global and local IT organisation and Line of Business to ensure strong anchoring of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and deliver measurable results. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, helping them to grow in their roles and achieve their career goals. Your primary tasks will be to: Set objectives and deliver results that have a significant impact within the department through highly complex assignment/tasks Translate departmental plans to operational goals and priorities to address operational challenges Foster a culture of motivation and engagement within your team and maintain relationships in a complex stakeholder landscape of internal- and external partners Seamlessly handle daily administrative tasks including budgeting, supplier management, and contract negotiations You will play a vital role as a member of the Digital, Data & IT Product Supply Finish Product Management leadership team, actively contributing to strategic and tactical decision-making and driving overall success of the area. Candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT/OT project management, with at least two years in a leadership role Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. You exhibit exceptional people leadership skills, inspiring and guiding teams and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Department overview The IT/OT Project Management Office team is part of Digital, Data & IT Finish Product Manufacturing (DD&IT FPM) Enterprise IT Projects. The team is a specialized project and portfolio management group that is responsible for leading IT/OT projects across the assembly and pack supply chain of . Our focus is to enable business value by integrating and deploying IT/OT solutions that secure a robust IT foundation for scaling digital, technical, and quality modernization. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results and ensuring that remains at the forefront of technological innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
