Plan and execute the development and implementation of new reporting processes and procedures for consolidation of non-financial data
You will be part of the lead in planning, coordinating and executing the development, implementation and roll-out of global reporting modules including reporting processes within our management system for non-financial data such as quality, pharma, environment, etc.
The management system already contains reporting modules for several group functions, e.g. CSR, Insurance and Tax. Now, we need you to participate in the lead of development, and facilitate roll-out of new reporting modules covering areas like non-conformity reporting, quality risk management, accident reporting, etc.
Specifically, you will:

To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently with several projects simultaneously as well as manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. - Drive the processes for global reporting and consolidation in our management system
- Work hands-on with master data structure, reporting hierarchies and user roles
- Participate in the design and development of new solutions
- Plan and execute the development, implementation and roll-out of new reporting modules and connected reporting processes
- Drive the maintenance and management of existing modules in collaboration with internal IT
Excellent stakeholder manager with a sense for numbers
To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently with several projects simultaneously as well as manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. When gathering input from many sources, you demonstrate and apply logical and analytical thinking, taking a helicopter view to the issue at hand. Moreover, you:
- Hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Bring 2+ years of experience from a large, international organisation with experience from reporting and consolidation – ideally in a group function – or experience as e.g. an auditor/consultant assisting international companies in development of reporting and consolidation setups
- Possess a good understanding of general IT without being a specialist
- Like to design global reporting processes and work with numbers
- Have experience with or an interest in developing your skills within the area of Corporate Responsibility
- Speak and write English effortlessly
