The challenge we have for you
As one of our two new Student Assistants, you will play an important role in supporting the Group HR department at DSV Panalpina A/S. You will provide administrative assistance to many of our global HR projects offering you a unique insight into the strategic HR development of a 55000+ employee business.

The challenge we have for you

Your most important tasks are
- To provide administrative support on projects such as Employer Branding, Global Recruitment, DSV Academy, Talent & Succession Management, Employee Engagement Surveys and others
- Take part in our continuous efforts to develop and standardise processes in DSV
- Data analysis (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Monthly financial cost break down and re-invoicing of department activities to financial controllers
- Ad Hoc HR tasks
You
- Have extensive knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Are detail-oritented and focused on producing work of a high quality
- Have excellent PowerPoint skills
- Have a logical, analytical and structured approach to work
- Possess good communication skills
- Have the confidence and drive to work independently
- Are solution oriented and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Are able to work up to 15 hours per week
Your qualifications
- Currently studying a BSc or MSc in a related area with at least 1.5 years to go - preferably longer
- Have a keen interest in strategic HR
- Excellent written English language skills (DSV corporate language)
