You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department (BCM) that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the motivation to implement successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.
Specifically, you will be joining the Implementation team where we will focus on implementing key strategic projects in DSV Road, aiming our attention at our new Transport Management System along with its supporting systems.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects in DSV Road
As our new business change consultant, you will play a central role in supporting our global business processes and implementing our new Transport Management System with new tools and processes. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and as a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. More specifically, you will:
Ideally, you will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other European offices. As all our projects are international, you can expect around 45-65 days of international travel per year.
Structured consultant with great informal change leadership experience
Since process thinking and implementation is a big part of the role, operational or financial experience within the industry is considered a big advantage. As a team player, you know how to collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives, but you also thrive working independently.
You can tackle resistance and stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management- and specialist-level. Equally important, you have the ability to balance urgent tasks with long-term projects.

Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects in DSV Road
As our new business change consultant, you will play a central role in supporting our global business processes and implementing our new Transport Management System with new tools and processes. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and as a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. More specifically, you will:
- Support the implementation of DSV Road’s new Transport Management System and other supporting systems in our global enterprise set-up
- Take part in implementing and supporting our DSV Road processes
- Take part in updating and creating processes for our internal projects while growing your project management skills as well as supporting the BCM Road management team with our strategic targets
- Conduct training sessions, kick-offs, workshops and country introductions to new systems and processes
- Constantly have an eye for change management in all projects

- Have experience with road freight, warehousing and/or operational settlement
- Have experience with implementing global processes and/or IT systems
- Have knowledge of change management and stakeholder management, e.g. Prosci/ADKAR
- Have great communication skills and can tackle resistance
- Have experience with and feel comfortable in training, presenting and communicating in front of a bigger audience
- Speak and write English fluently
