Would you like to lead a team of 14 experienced process analysts, process architects and ITSM developers within a large, global and complex IT set-up in a company that keeps expanding?

You will head up a brand-new team
Within our large IT organisation, Process & Master Data Governance in Hedehusene, you will find your new team, Process Management. Your team has 2 sub-teams, one consisting of process experts within ITSM (with 1 team lead) and one consisting of process professionals. Combined, the 2 teams are responsible for acting as consultants and preferred partners to the global IT organisation on all process-related matters as well as configuring our ITSM platform.
As this is a new function within DSV, we are still defining our path and ways of working. It gives us a great sense of entrepreneurial spirit, and we are excited to have you on board to hear your ideas on how to build a state-of-the-art internal consultancy function. Also, you will be part of our management team of 4, allowing you to always bounce ideas off close colleagues.
Mature the DSV processes within global IT
The aim of your new role is to mature the global IT processes to ensure a stable, effective operation. In a large IT organisation with high complexity, this will call for your analytical powers in order to deliver a clear road map and establish a strong and professional internal process consultancy service.
Together with your team, you will be the change agent in our local and global initiatives and the trusted partner when it comes to analysis and implementation of global processes. Thus, leading your team, you will continuously contribute to professionalising the way we work – both internally in the team and in Global IT – as you:

- Set the strategy, communicate it clearly to colleagues and execute on it
- Deliver a strong and ambitious road map for process improvement
- Engage with stakeholders across Global IT to earn your mandate
- Take the technical ownership of the ITSM platform (Cherwell), including service contracts, etc.
Amazing manager with solid IT process implementation experience

- Have a master’s degree within business administration, computer science or similar
- Bring management experience from a large-scale international IT organisation or a leading consultancy company
- Have solid experience implementing processes in complex IT organisations
- Have strong conceptual experience working with processes, methods and polices
- Bring a general and broad insight to more operational areas in IT, specifically within IT governance
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
