Do you thrive in a fast moving environment working with global ESG reporting on both strategic and operational levels and deliver Global ESG Management reporting through a dedicated team.
Then join us at DSV and step into this position in Group Compliance. You will make your mark on a global company as you facilitate the continued development and implementation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting framework within e.g. CO2 reporting for DSV as well as customers, Group ESG KPI’s, Controlling setup etc.
As Director you will lead and develop our two departments responsible for ESG Reporting Globally in DSV. And you will participate in the strategic assessment of new ESG regulation and frameworks that require data collection from our companies in more than 80 countries and execute on the ESG strategies.

We are looking for a Director with strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on engaging and developing teams. You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. - Be responsible for our global ESG reporting and controlling framework
- Be responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly ESG Management reporting
- Be responsible for the Audit process of our Sustainability report
- Provide transparent Management reporting relevant for strategic decisions
Strong at Leadership and stakeholder management with a structured approach
We are looking for a Director with strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on engaging and developing teams. You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, you demonstrate the ability to think in scalable solutions using your analytical thinking. Besides this, you:
- have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a large organisation
- hold a relevant education master’s degree
- 5-8 years of experience working with financial or non-financial reporting and controlling processes in a global company, preferable in a Group function, or as an auditor
- have knowledge about the ESG reporting framework landscape
- have a structured approach
- are proactive and can work independently
- speak and write English effortlessly
