Enabling project success in PMO with Change management drive
You will become part of an international PMO with 60+ colleagues – spanning 20 nationalities and 3 continents. 30 of us work from our newly expanded headquarter office in Hedehusene, Denmark, and this is where you will join us. In the PMO you will find the Change Management Office (CMO). We are responsible for securing adequate change management focus on different kinds of strategic projects, ensuring there is a strong people focus that is balanced and supports the deliverables.

Change management professional and consultant mindset
As change manager in our CMO, you will need to apply a holistic focus in determining what activities are required on the project, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders on the project bring these activities to action. You will be responsible for designing and delivering change management activities such as communication packages, concept visualisations, training sessions, user engagement activities. In doing so you will be developing and executing a change strategy that steer the project (s) towards success.
Through key strategic projects across the organisation, The success will depend on your ability to take on a consultant mindset, while you navigate your well equipped toolbox for change management execution. As change ambassadors the change manager must be able to adapt the way we pitch the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs so key stakeholders experience you are acting on their agenda. You will spend the majority of your time participating in different projects as you:

“You have to be able to manage a variety of stakeholders, create transparency, listen and find ways to guide and accommodate project stakeholders in the change process. This means you should be able to sell and facilitate the CM approach and focus to all levels in the organization, and also be prepared to adjust the pitch and ambition level accordingly,” explains Bjarke.

- Engage and support our Project Managers in ensuring adequate CM focus on the projects.
- Communicate change progress to all relevant stakeholders; to ensure buy-in and trust
- Facilitate the process of change storytelling
- Identify barriers to change and design interventions and actions that will facilitate a smooth transformation
- Help define and continuously improve our change management framework (we use the Prosci ADKAR® model) and embed it in the transformational work

Below is an outline of the preferred experiences on your CV:
- You have 3-5+ years of experience working with a change framework such as Prosci ADKAR® methodology at a conceptual, strategic and operational level.
- You have experience executing change management activities in an organization-wide transformation programme
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, allowing you to make complex material easily digestible, and are also able to conceptualise these messages in visualisations.
- You have a global perspective and experience working cross-culturally
- You have project manager experience, perhaps with a Prince2 based project model
- You are fluent in English
