The IT Operations and Services Team
With this position, you will be joining the exciting and growing IT Operations and Services Team within DSV Global IT.
In the department, we develop and maintain DSV’s IT infrastructure and support our divisions with their daily tasks. In our work, we ensure that we enable all DSV employees can easily connect with one another, as well as with our customers and partners.
We also safeguard DSV by continuously managing information and cybersecurity risks and threats. This is an element of increasingly significant importance.
Keen interest in communication and stakeholder management
Overall, the responsibility of the Student Assistant is to perform administration tasks and activities across IT Operations and Services.
You will spend your days:

Overall, the responsibility of the Student Assistant is to perform administration tasks and activities across IT Operations and Services.
You will spend your days:
- Coordinate and drive our internal Teams site
- Coordinate communication cross our departments
- Help maintain annual wheels in IT Operations and Services
- Creating management presentations and other communication material
- Ad-hoc and administrative activities within the team
You are organised, great at handling stakeholders and have a quality mindset
Ideally, you are a structured person with strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. In terms of your experience, we imagine that you most likely:
- Are a student within business, Communication or another relevant field – minimum 2 years into your studies
- Have flair for communication and creating professional management presentations
- Experience and flair for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- English communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and are able to carry yourself in a culturally diverse environment
- Have a “can-do” attitude
- Are extremely structured and conscientious and can meet deadlines
