We are scaling up, digitalising, standardising, and automating to shape the future of the DSV Road division and we need you to lead a highly skilled team, focused on shaping and leading the enterprise transformation journey of DSV Road!
Director for BCM Road Enterprise
As the Director for our Business Change Management (BCM) Road Enterprise department, you will play a key role in defining the enterprise strategy and the concepts to enable standardisation and automation of our Road business. Where you sit with the concept development area your peers are responsible for building the solutions and implementing these.
You will be part of a dynamic stakeholder environment with colleagues, business partners and executives at both group and divisional level, collaborating to bring DSV Road onwards on the journey!

People oriented manager with a strong strategical and conceptual mindset
You are a people-oriented leader with a proven track record of managing both direct employees, stakeholders, and projects at strategic to operational levels. You are highly conceptual and skilled in conveying complex matters to differentiated audiences. You can stand your ground when challenged and you know how to navigate a broad and diverse collaboration landscape, including top management and specialist level. Equally important, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly structured.

Design and shape the future of DSV Road
- Lead and manage a team of highly skilled individuals, responsible for connecting all our projects across the Road division
- Be part of a diverse and skilled management team, all working together to help lead DSV Road forward
- Be part of creating and defining the DSV Road enterprise strategy – with an end2end approach
- Be part of creating and defining the operational business concepts – from idea to execution and reality
- Take part in creating business cases and in-depth analysis of optimisation and financial benefits
- Take part in implementing and supporting our Road processes
